James Edward (Jim) Rush was trained as a chemist at the University of Central Missouri and at the University of Missouri. He spent most of his career in the field of computer and information science and, after retirement, has devoted much of his time and energy to volunteer work in school and home repair and improvement through the Hammers with Heart ministry at Wayne Presbyterian Church, Wayne, PA. He has had a lifelong interest in photography, mainly of natural subjects.
Jim uses Canon cameras and a variety of lenses, including Tamron 18-270 mm and 150-600 mm zoom lenses

Every photograph comes with a description showing the location where taken, the correct name of the item central to the image (including scientific name where appropriate) and select photographic details. Photographs are available as prints on high-quality paper with either matt, satin or gloss finish. Photos may be ordered with single or double matting and, if desired, frames. Frames will be selected by the photographer. Hence, you may prefer to have the prints framed locally. Photographs are also available in digital form under license from the photographer.
